A city that labels every wallet should label its own first. These are the dev's wallets, the dev buy and the rules the dev is held to. All of it can be checked on-chain.
Wallet roster
Every wallet below is on the census's DEV list. In the tower its window always reads DEV, whatever it does, so a dev buy or sell can never hide behind a SNIPER or OLD TIMER label.

Dev buy policy
- Dev buy: 0.25 to 0.5 SOL, disclosed. The dev buys between 0.25 and 0.5 SOL of $JEETCITY at launch from the dev wallet above, and posts the transaction.
- No trading from any linked wallet for 72 hours. No buys and no sells from the dev wallet or any linked wallet for the first 72 hours after launch.
- All tagged DEV, live. Every linked wallet shows as DEV in the tower from the moment it's on the list. If one of them moves, the city shows it.
Same builder as Build the City
Jeet City is built by the same dev as Build the City and its coin, $BRICK. It runs on the same code: lots, tolls, the locked 80/20 split and the hourly payouts all carried over.
BRICK's tower stands in this city, haunted, on the Old Town lot nearest the plaza: the dev's last coin. It stays there with its lights out.

Risks
- $JEETCITY is a memecoin. It has no promised value, no dividends and no floor. Most memecoins go to zero.
- Burns from tolls don't guarantee anything about price.
- The no-trading promise covers the wallets on this page. Other big early wallets belong to other people; the census shows what they do.
- Labels come from public trades with a few seconds of delay and can be briefly wrong.
